Shipping policy
We aim to process standard orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment notification via email that will include tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5-10 business days, depending on your location, for delivery once you receive this notification.
Oversized items may require extra processing time. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of oversized items.
You will be notified of any delays with your order via email.
Standard Shipping
Freight charge is calculated by Australia post rates with the exception of jewellery as this is free of charge. Tracking number will be supplied with your shipping notification via email.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all of our Jewellery items.
Local Delivery
Some of our larger pieces are not suitable for regular shipping. These items are only available to purchase online using our In Store Pick Up, Local Delivery shipping options or by requesting a customised quote. Local delivery covers Noosa Heads to neighbouring areas, and You will be contacted via email or phone to arrange a day for delivery.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a FREE in store pick up service that allows you to order online and then collect your order from either of our two stores.
Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification email from us. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo identification including your name and address.
You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf, however you’ll need to provide evidence that you’ve given them permission. Our staff may also call you to authorise this.
We ask that Click & Collect orders be collected within 10 business days of notification. We will contact you once this time expires to discuss collection of your order. If orders are still awaiting collection after another 5 business days the order will be cancelled and a full refund applied.
International Orders
International orders are welcome. Delivery will be quoted on a situational basis, depending on the items you would like to order. Please email design@jmfdesign.com.au for a quote
